The Broadway lottery is a digital raffle system that offers theatergoers the chance to purchase heavily discounted tickets—often ranging from $10 to $55—for popular shows that would otherwise cost hundreds of dollars. How It Works
Most lotteries are now strictly digital, having moved away from the traditional in-person "drawing from a hat" method outside the stage door.
* Entry Window: Most lotteries open the day before a performance (typically at 12:00 AM or 9:00 AM) and close a few hours before the show starts.
